• All print orders require customer approval of digital proofs before production.

• Once a proof is approved, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

2. Turnaround & Shipping

• Production timelines begin only after proof approval and payment confirmation.

• Delivery dates are provided as estimates. PrinterLogicHQ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Design Files & Content

• Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their files are print-ready.

• PrinterLogicHQ is not liable for errors in submitted files (such as low resolution, typos, or layout issues), unless the error occurs during our production process.

4. Payments

• All orders must be prepaid in full.

• We accept all major credit/debit cards and secure online payment options.

5. Intellectual Property

• All logos, designs, and trademarks provided by customers remain their property.

• PrinterLogicHQ will not reproduce, sell, or use customer designs without prior written consent.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of India, specifically under the jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to deliver products of the highest quality, PrinterLogicHQ shall not be held liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Losses caused by delays in shipping or third-party carriers.

• Errors arising from customer-provided files or incorrect specifications.

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

8. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, lawful, and original content for printing.

• Not upload or request printing of prohibited, offensive, or copyrighted material without proper authorization.

• Review proofs carefully before approval, as final responsibility lies with the customer.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PrinterLogicHQ, its employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Misuse of our services.

• Infringement of third-party rights.

• Submission of unauthorized or unlawful content.
