We will reprint, replace, or refund the order at no additional cost.
Refunds will not be issued if:
Files were submitted with errors (e.g., typos, low-resolution images, or incorrect layout).
The order was printed exactly as approved in the digital proof.
Delays occur due to third-party shipping carriers, natural events, or weather-related disruptions.
Orders may be canceled only before proof approval.
Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.
If we make a mistake, we’ll fix it—reprint, replace, or refund your order promptly.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
PrinterLogicHQ shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Losses caused by shipping delays, courier errors, or customer-provided file issues.
Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
